We know how special the wait after your wedding day can be, so you won’t have to wait long to start reliving it.

During the week following your wedding, we’ll send you a first preview of 20 to 30 carefully selected photographs.

A small collection featuring some of the most emotional moments, giving you a first glimpse of your story, a chance to get excited all over again... and to relive the magic while everything still feels fresh.

THE KIWO SELECTION

A few weeks later, you’ll receive access to a private online gallery featuring the most meaningful photographs from your day.

This gallery is designed so you can enjoy and relive your story, as well as share it with your loved ones.

You’ll also be able to easily download your favourite images and keep them forever.

THE REST OF YOUR PHOTOS

Beyond the main selection, you’ll receive even more images that complete the story of your wedding: spontaneous glances, little details, and all those moments in between...

Every wedding is unique, so the number of images delivered may vary depending on several factors, such as the duration of the event, the type of celebration, the number of guests, or the lighting conditions. We are always committed to delivering as many photographs as possible without compromising the quality or the way your story is told.

Although our packages include up to 10 hours of coverage, we believe our work begins long before the wedding day and continues well after it is over.

During the months leading up to your wedding, we’ll be by your side to help you prepare for a day you can experience in the most meaningful and authentic way possible. We don’t just want to create beautiful photographs; we want to help you create real moments that you’ll be moved to look back on one day.

Photography is not simply about pressing a button. It’s also about knowing when to step in and when to disappear into the background, helping you experience every moment naturally, and taking care of the little details so that your only concern is enjoying the people you have chosen to bring together on that day. After all, they are the ones who will give meaning to your memories.

When the wedding is over, our responsibility has only just begun. We’ll have something truly irreplaceable in our hands: a collection of emotional memories that you’ll keep for the rest of your lives and that, as the years go by, will become far more valuable than you can imagine today.

Wedding Photography Coverage

Full wedding coverage by 1 KIWO photographer for up to 10 hours, or until 1 hour and 30 minutes into the open bar for afternoon or evening weddings.

This option is especially recommended for intimate or medium-sized weddings where the entire celebration takes place at the same venue.

Pre-Wedding Photography Coverage

1 hour and 30 minutes of photography coverage on the afternoon before the wedding (1 KIWO), perfect for documenting the destination preparations, taking a walk around the wedding location, spending some relaxed time together before the big day, or enjoying a welcome drink with some of your guests.

Travel Expenses

Travel expenses are not included in the price.

The couple will be responsible for the cost of flights, accommodation, and a rental car with comprehensive insurance or any transfers required for the wedding.

*If, for logistical reasons (such as incompatible flight schedules) or by the couple’s choice, it is not possible to provide coverage the day before the wedding, that time will be used to extend the wedding day coverage by 1 hour.

Wedding Photography Coverage

Coverage begins with two photographers during the preparations and continues with both until the start of lunch or dinner. From that point onwards, and until the full 10 hours of coverage are completed, the wedding will continue to be documented by KIWO’s lead photographer.

This is the option we recommend for the vast majority of weddings, as it allows us to document both of your preparations at the same time, capture different perspectives during the most important moments, and create a much more complete story without unnecessarily increasing the budget during the quieter parts of the day.

For destination weddings, in order to optimise travel costs, KIWO will select a local photographer whose style and way of working are aligned with our approach. This photographer will provide support during the first part of the day, mainly covering the groom’s preparations, group photographs, and other moments happening simultaneously, always working under KIWO’s coordination and quality standards.

Wedding Photography Coverage

Full wedding coverage by 2 KIWO photographers for up to 10 hours, or until 1 hour and 30 minutes into the open bar for afternoon or evening weddings.

This option is especially recommended for weddings with more than 250 guests.

Pre-Wedding Photography Coverage

1 hour and 30 minutes of photography coverage on the afternoon before the wedding (1 photographer), perfect for documenting the destination preparations, taking a walk around the wedding location, spending some relaxed time together before the big day, or enjoying a welcome drink with some of your guests.
